๐ŸŒฑPlant-Based

Someone who only eats non-sentient plantlike organisms (such as fungi, protists, or true plants) is said to be following a plant-based diet. This term is sometimes misused to mean mostly eating plants with some exceptions, but the original and more useful definition is eating only plants. Sometimes environmentalists or health dieters call themselves vegan when they mean plant-based. Someone can be either plant-based or vegan, or both - they intersect heavily but are different.
