Happy Cow is an excellent app you can use on your phone for finding restaurants with vegan options.

Challenge22 offers free help from registered dietitians for going vegan. It sets you up with a group of several people trying veganism out via a Facebook group, and includes daily tips/challenges.

Cronometer is useful for seeing the total nutrients in a meal plan. Eat This Much can help you generate meal plans and mix up meals into long-term plans with specific goals, such as being vegan.

The USDA offers this calculator to determine recommended nutrient intakes.

The USDA has a database of nutrition facts per food.
