The human body naturally manufactures taurine from the other amino acids methionine and cysteine, by using pyridoxine (B6). Taurine is not an essential nutrient. There is no recommended dietary intake for taurine, and no evidence for the majority of claims around it - including no scientific reason to supplement. https://www.veganfriendly.org.uk/is-it-vegan/taurine/ Nonetheless, here are vegan sources of taurine and its direct precursors:
Taurine: some types of algae such as seaweed
Cysteine: lentils, oatmeal, and sunflower seeds
Methionine: Brazil nuts, soybeans, tofu, beans, lentils, wheat germ, and spirulina
All plant foods have all amino acids (see the main Protein page), so you can get taurine by eating literally any plant with protein. It is really not a concern. However, if you want to supplement, most supplements are "automatically" vegan because it's just more practical to make taurine synthetically in labs. "Nori, the papery-like seaweed product used in making sushi, has up to 1,300 milligrams of taurine per 100 grams." https://www.webmd.com/diet/foods-high-in-taurine
