Humane slaughter is an oxymoron - it contradicts itself. It is nothing but an industry euphemism to assauge consumer guilt so that the money keeps flowing. If we were concerned about the wellbeing of these animals, if we were being kind to them, we wouldn't be paying for them to be murdered.
