🥗Macronutrients

The four macronutrients are water, carbohydrates, fat, and protein.

Macro is Greek for large, so macronutrients are literally large nutrients. They make up the majority of physical mass in our diet. Macronutrients should make up the following percentages of your daily ~2,250 kcals (2,600 for men, 1,900 for women): 45% - 65% carbs 20% - 35% fat 10% - 35% protein While water should be drank when thirsty (approximately 10 glasses per day).
