# Fluoride

Because insufficient fluoride intake is not typically a problem, no nutritional requirements, and therefore no recommended dietary allowance, have been established.\

The majority of fluoride sources are from plants, so logically fluoride intake is not a problem for vegans.\

The following are vegan sources for fluoride:\
Tea, coffee, fluoridated water (such as tap water in the US), oatmeal, raisins, and potatoes.\
